A Special Message

The Aflac juvenile whole life policy is a great investment for parents who want to secure their child's financial future. This policy provides lifelong coverage and builds cash value over time, giving your child a head start on saving for their future. The premiums are affordable and locked in for life, ensuring that your child will always have coverage, regardless of their health or occupation. In the unfortunate event of your child's death, the policy can provide a death benefit to help cover expenses such as funeral costs, outstanding debts, or other financial obligations. Invest in your child's future with the Aflac juvenile whole life policy.

Who We Are

Deloney’s Halo Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization helping children and teenagers recover from negative experiences caused by gun-related violence. They will be creative, positive and uplifting to one another while they heal through the therapy of painting. We provide instructional painting and activities at grief support groups, along with care packages to families who lost a loved one to violence.

Forever, Always, For Love

Our goal is to help teens learn the value of teamwork, building character and discover their own natural abilities through the creative power of painting.

We are asking that you support us in our fundraising efforts to form a foundation that will provide a safe haven for children and at-risk teens through painting.

How We Started

Deloney’s Halo Foundation was formed after I experienced my worst nightmare. My twin son lost his life due to gun violence. No one could have told me that my son would become my guardian angel.

I was devastated. I was robbed of my parental rights to shower my beloved son with unconditional love, attend his graduation, and guide him through life challenges.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to give children and at-risk teens impacted by gun violence a stress-free environment to create, be positive and express their feeling through painting and creative activities.
